of sale between you and VanPeterson.com Ltd. ("VanPeterson.com"), so
prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you
receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit card
authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been
checked.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except
by changes made by VanPeterson.com on the site, which we may make from
time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of
VanPeterson.com will operate as a variation to these terms and
conditions or constitutes a legal representation of the company.
GUARANTEE
Every item of jewellery in the VanPeterson.com
collection is created to achieve the highest standards of quality.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you
can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from
VanPeterson.com. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way
with our service, we will guarantee to refund the full cost of your
purchase when the item is returned in pristine condition, within 30 days.

MAKING A PURCHASE
When you make a purchase from VanPeterson.com:
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order as soon as your order has been received.
- You will receive a further confirmation order as soon as your order has been despatched.
- You will receive your jewellery in luxurious gift packaging within 7 working days of purchase (unless you have purchased a ring that requires sizing, which we will endeavour to deliver within 10 working days).
Your jewellery will
be fully insured during delivery.
All VanPeterson.com jewellery is hallmarked to
guarantee the purity of the metal used.

All prices are in GBP Sterling and are inclusive of VAT as well as
shipping and transit insurance costs to UK destinations.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returning a product
If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Care.
We will give you a return authorisation number,
which you need to include with the items being returned along with the
name of the person who placed the initial order, their telephone number and the
original order number.
We will also advise you of the address for return
of items. You should arrange delivery (in the original packaging) to this
address by secure means and you should also insure the items for their
full sales value. A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its
original condition and all the information referred to above is received.
The credit card used for the original purchase
will be credited with the original price. We will refund your shipping
cost if the return is a result of our error. If there are any problems with your refund, we
will contact you.
Cancellations & Exchanges
If you realise you have made a mistake and
want to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care. Because we ship
so quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the
instructions for 'Returning a Product' in those instances.
Defective & Damaged Items
If you should receive an item that is defective,
damaged or not what you ordered, please contact Customer Care within 10
working days. We will help you
resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item,
replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Costs and times
All prices include VAT as well as shipping and
transit insurance for delivery within the UK.
Our policy is to deliver items within 7 working days
from your order, except where it is necessary to size rings. We can only
deliver goods to the address specified on your order and require a signature on
receipt to confirm delivery.
If items you have ordered don't arrive within
seven days of order confirmation, please contact Customer Care so we can trace your
order.
We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances we may not be able to fulfill an order we have accepted, so your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
VanPeterson.com shall not be liable to you for any failure to deliver items you have ordered or any delay caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Receipt of Order
VanPeterson.com must receive payment in full
for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been
authorised and stock is checked, VanPeterson.com will send you an email
receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records,
and if there should be anything wrong with the receipt please contact
Customer Care immediately.
